Managing Partner

Having held engineering, project management, marketing, and business development roles for some of the largest engineering and construction firms, Eric brings a wealth of knowledge in go-to-market strategy for technical consulting service firms.  His unique experience in working with small, medium, and large enterprises allows our clients to receive tailored marketing services that fit their specific needs and KPI's.

WEN ZHANG, MBA

Managing Partner

Wen has extensive experience in enterprise B2B business development and has managed hundreds of sales members across the North America.  With experience and specialization in hardware, software, and service-based products and business models for small to large-cap businesses, her strategic insight and knowledge in corporate marketing strategy has helped support hundreds of entrepreneurs in their business pursuits. Seeing the success of many of her clients, Wen also founded The INNW Institute, a non-profit with a mission to help start-up founders grow and scale their business, utilizing a tried and tested framework for investment pitches and B2B sales strategies.

Michael Maylahn

Managing Partner

Michael Maylahn  is an entrepreneur with a strong drive to create, think differently, and establish relationships to realize outsized business and social value. For the last decade, he has been building a health tech company to connect clinical teams to their hospital patients. He’s now working with other founders as a coach and investor. He’s passionate about supporting other founders in their commercialization and fundraising process, leveraging his learnings to accelerate the journey of others.
